Full Terms & Conditions

This voucher entitles the holder to up to $1,800 (incl. GST) towards an approved Black Diamondz online property marketing campaign, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Applicable to residential properties with an estimated market value of $3,000,000 or above, as assessed by Black Diamondz.
2. The property must be exclusively listed for sale with Black Diamondz.
3. The voucher is redeemable only towards an approved online property marketing campaign arranged and invoiced through Black Diamondz, including approved property portal advertising.
4. The voucher is not valid for off-market campaigns.
5. The voucher cannot be applied towards sales commission, professional fees or other marketing services unless expressly approved by Black Diamondz.
6. The original voucher card and accompanying Terms & Conditions sheet must both be presented at the time of redemption.
7. The voucher must be presented and approved before the marketing campaign commences and cannot be applied retrospectively to costs already incurred.
8. Redemption is conditional upon the vendor and Black Diamondz agreeing to a marketing strategy, method of sale and price expectations reasonably supported by current market evidence.
9. If, after the marketing campaign has commenced, the vendor materially changes the agreed price expectations, method of sale or campaign instructions, Black Diamondz may, at its discretion, require the vendor to reimburse some or all of the marketing costs contributed under this voucher, up to $1,800 (incl. GST).
10. If the vendor withdraws the property from sale, terminates the agency agreement or otherwise discontinues the agreed campaign after marketing costs have been incurred or committed, Black Diamondz may, at its discretion, require the vendor to reimburse some or all of the marketing costs contributed under this voucher, up to $1,800 (incl. GST).
11. Any reimbursement will be limited to marketing expenses actually incurred or committed by Black Diamondz in connection with the property.
12. Limited to one voucher per property and cannot be combined with any other Black Diamondz promotional offer, marketing credit, incentive or voucher unless expressly approved by Black Diamondz.
13. The voucher is not redeemable for cash, refundable or transferable.
14. Any marketing costs exceeding the $1,800 voucher value are payable by the vendor.
15. If the approved online marketing campaign costs less than $1,800, any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or future marketing.
16. The voucher cannot be applied to marketing expenses incurred prior to its approval by Black Diamondz.
17. Redemption is subject to Black Diamondz accepting the property for sale and the vendor entering into the applicable exclusive agency agreement with Black Diamondz.
18. Lost, stolen, copied or damaged vouchers may not be replaced except at the discretion of Black Diamondz.
19. Black Diamondz reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the voucher and the property’s eligibility prior to redemption.
20. Valid until 31 December 2027.
